Yeah, i know what you mean about it always being Jon's image that they use on things, but they had to at first because no-one knew who the Soul was, and in a way it's unavoidable because Jon is famous and so people would find out about it, and he would be photographed at games and be asked about it in interviews (even band ones).

As for the hard work bit, i don't think that it is HARD work. I think that it is probably the same as managing a band, in both you have a product that you need to sell, but it is hard work in that it would take a lot of time to do the promotion and get the sponsorship and things. But once you have done that it is up to the fans to see if they like it.

Is he making money on it? He bought the team for $8 million- he can't have made more than that in one year!
