Just a little more

As for this thread, I love Bobby and I think he contributes greatly to the bands live sound. He may **** up the solos but dammit live he just melodically holds everything together....

3. There are some real duds in These Days, some I put in the same cowdung category as She's A Mystery - pretentious crap like My Guitar Lies Bleeding, Letting You Go, Damned, Diamond Ring and Something To Believe In.
4. We Got It Going On is a good song.
5. Other than WGIGO there are 3 more good songs in Lost Highway: Any Other Day, I Love This Town and the title track. The rest are crap.
6. Always is a decent ballad and not worthy to be classified in the same rarefied air as I'll Be There For You, Bed of Roses and Never Say Goodbye. The demo versioni s much better than the Crossroad version. Thank You For Lovin' Me is better than Always (Crossroad version).
7. The Distance, Love Me Back To Life and Hook Me Up are atrocious and do not rock.
8. It's My Life is a legendary song, without it Bon Jovi would've been over by 2000.
9. Crush is a good album, there are only 2 real crap songs there: She's A Mystery and Two Story Town.
10. The Circle is also overrated. We Weren't Born To Follow is a good song, and Love's The Only Rule is a legendary classic but When We Were Beautiful, Work For The Working Man, Bullet, Live Before You Die, Brokenpromiseland, Fast Cars and Happy Now are all certified grade A shit songs.
11. 7800F is underrated, there is only 1 real crap song there which is King of The Mountain.
12. She Don't Know Me is a great song, even though the band didn't write it. It's much better than many other songs that the band actually wrote.
13. Because We Can is the only good song in What About Now. The rest are embarrassingly terrible.
14. Who Says You Can't Go Home is a legendary song.
15. Last Man Standing is a shitty song.
16. Most of the songs in Burning Bridges are weak except the title track and the Nickelback cover.

That's all I can recall so far.
Where's BOBITA?!

Great post!

- I personally think Happy Now is a brilliant opener. I remember in 2011 I really wanted to hear it. I loved how Jon walked up the stairs dead slow with his arms up.

- The Circle is a great album. Some songs on that album are in my top 10, definitely.

- Burning Bridges is the direction I want to see the band go. I really do like that album. Jon's studio vocals are some of the best I have heard in years from him. I obviously want a bit more to the album but it's a good direction for things.

- I do miss Richie. Something about seeing the band again without Richie doesn't give me half as much excitement.

- Jon, on his day, is still the best frontman, for me. Just a shame we haven't seen that for a few years now.

- I have never seen the big deal over 'Wanted Dead Or Alive.' I love the 'I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all line' and I love the guitar solo but I just don't see the big deal over it.

- I love Bon Jovi.

LOL, I didn't mention SWW, NJ and KTF as in general those albums are highly regarded here. And rightly so. But since you asked, after LOAP, BOBITA is Bon Jovi's crowning achievement and must be played in all concerts.

Having said that, like liljovi93 above, I don't see the big deal about Wanted DOA either. It's a good song, sure. But a national anthem? LOL.

I believe Blood On Blood In These Arms, probably played back to back (or is that a medley). I made up that explanation for myself and gave up wondering some time ago

That's what I was thinking, too. But to me it doesn't make any sense at all to put these two together...

And I just hate those kind of abbreviations.

I think The Circle is a great album. I loved it when it came out. I saw a ton of shows on The Circle tour. I still love it. Clearly I am in the minority here but that album just spoke to me. I was delighted when we got Happy Now as an opener. So yeah - screw what others think
