I agree with this one. Jon and David may not have the writing in common but I think they have a strong friendship. I was at the night 4 show at Giants in 2010 when Jon tore his knee up. David was the first one to grab Jon and get him down the stairs after the show was over - and he had to come forward from back by the piano. Everyone else helped but David was right there.
