an old friend of mine has the tattoo on her butt and her mom has it on the back of her shoulder.

Oh dear someone forgot to tell me that before I had my three tatoos done, not of the superman logo (maybe next time). Good old Islamic faith.. mine are only ment to last for 7 years, hopefully I won't die before then?!

I got the superman tattoo on my left shoulder !
I wanted to have it for years, and finally i did it last February
and i just love it , it's my first tattoo and probably not the last one !

sorry to say it but those tattoos aren't going anywhere.
a couple of years ago they thought they'd invented and ink that disappeared after some years but it turned out that it doesn't so ur pretty ****ed unless you get it removed with lazers.

persoannly i dont think tattoos with colours look good espescially more than one so alot of the superman ones ive seen in real life look really crap once they start fading.

my mate got the superman one and said he didn't like it after he got it but he's a skinny wee milk bottle.

ive got the arms for it but i just got a black oriental looking design that looks cool.

worrying thing is that ive forgot how sore it was and am thinking about getting another one on my other arm.

Totally true.. they don't go away, they do fade somewhat, but you might as well get a permanant one.

It depends how well you look after your tattoo if it's coloured, I've had mine 6 years and it hasn't faded, that's because I never have sunlight on it and if I am sunbathing I put a total sunblock on it. Sun fades tattoos and makes them "run". It's all a matter of maintenance!!

seen it on vids nd that nd have never bin able to tell wether its just the outline of the superman logo in black or wether its actually in colour...

Ive got a superman t shirt.... I like the superman tattoo but never brave enough to get it scarred into me !!!!!!! I keep thinking what will I look like 75 with a superman tattoo and that puts me off.

... really like the superman tattoo...I know a couple of girls that have it on their arm and it looks great! I was on holiday once and saw a guy with the tattoo, everyday round the pool, he was American...I was so tempted to ask if he was a fan, like Becky...but never plucked up the courage!!! I think it's cooler for girls to have it than boys.
