and i wrote my 1st post after IML, and only saw the one kid. Now i see they were both there and omg does Jacob look EXACTLY like a mini Jon or what? An Romeo looks just like Dorothea.

Now, how come Jon wore a scarf inside on Nov 10th but not outside in the freezing cold?
I think it was not about temperature but about his throat. Maybe he had some minor throat problems, like inflammation (it happens when you eg. do not sleep enough, wake up too early etc) and he needed to keep it warm. The strenuous promo tour schedule, sleep deprivation, flying from place to place, all this is not good to vocal cords

I was there and it was cold. Jon was late to soundcheck so Richie sang a bit of IML and WDYG. Richie even tripped and fell getting to the stage, it was funny. I didn't know Bobby played the intro to WDYG live. Even though it was Bad Name they cut it off before it ended. Jon was in a good mood for the most part but did seem tired because he didn't move as much. I didn't notice his family there. I was directly in front of Jon and maybe four people ahead of me. The fan club did good this year.

I saw you on the WDYG video, Deb! Great spot - NBC definitely did right by the fan club this year.

Are there any videos from the soundcheck in youtube? I want to hear Richie sing the fast version of IML (not the acoustic)...

Agreed! Jacob is Jon's mini-me. He has even got Dad's smirk. Dorothea and the kids have always been at the Today show. I remember back when Stephanie and Jesse were young and they would be at the side of the stage.
