Allowed for number one are:
Runaway, In And Out Of Love, Let It Rock, LYHOM, Hey God, It's My Life, Undivided, HAND.

Just my guess but probably because people think itīs better than Open All Night or One Wild Night or whatever the rest of the songs @ #12 slot are.
