It most definitely is! Except for Diamond Ring, I love every song on this album. - I truly understand this album - that is why it is the best TO ME!

I don't like that they stuck to all one style. If they would have mixed up the songs on Faith and this album, I would have liked it more. It is ok, but I always considered it to be more of a joke than anything else. A band trying to be deep, but not quite making it there.

I agree with your first two sentences, Mouse. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was a joke, though. Damned was a bit laughable comming from a band like Bon Jovi, but they were able to pull some of the stuff off very well.

All in all, I gotta say that I think New Jersey is the best album. And I'm not saying that because it's one of my favorites. Bounce is my other favorite, but I don't think it's they're best work. I'm sticking with my statement about New Jersey because I've never heard a single person say anything bad about it. And above all, I think New Jersey was really THEM. Bon Jovi were just being themselves when they made that album. I mean, read the title and you'll know it's 100% pure Bon Jovi.
