That's the unfortunate limitations of VHS - having said that, they no doubt still have the footage for the entire show kept in storage so why they couldn't add songs for the DVD release, I don't know.

They had the expanded setlist with The Crush Tour DVD over the VHS version and even then I don't know why they cut the remaining 2-3 songs off which would have made it the complete show.

Supposedly they either weren't that good of performances, or the crowd wasn't that much into them, which seems silly since the crowd seemed dead for most of the show.....
