Hmm... I can see Jon looking like he's in pain, but it is one of the toughest songs the band have ever done. To say they murdered it though is a bit harsh.

I don't mind Jon with his acoustic guitar..... he plays about half and half, and it really does take talent to sing and play at the same time.

No it's not. They've never nailed it live, the vocals were always too hard for Jon and the song structure is too difficult for the band. It always sounded half arsed.

Other song that he should try sometime is "My Guitar Lies Bleeding In My Arms". Not in the original key, but in a lower key.
I've heard from numerous people that SOmething to Believe in was infact on the setlist for the 2nd night at Twickenham as was another rareity which has slipped my mind..

anyway it wasn't played but it shows it has been rehearsed and must have sounding acceptable vocal wise for them to seriously considerin performin it

Bed Of Roses, Never Say Goodbye and Something To Believe In were all on the original set. However, none were played and Bed Of Roses was switched for I Believe.

And instead of Never Say Goodbye Jon decided that I Love This Town and Twist & Shout would be better to finish the show...

That's a good thing.

The other two aren't though. Can't believe that. I still can't believe Lie To Me was meant to be played at Manchester.

I still can't believe people are complaining about the setlists from the last tour.

Sorry. I don't mean to complain but to hear Lie To Me at Manchester would of been brilliant. The setlists were brilliant last tour and i will try and stop complaining.
