I'm sure someone said it was the first time Last Cigarette was played. Ah well, at least it was the first on the LH tour.

Last Cigarette had been played live before but not on the LH tour, on the HAND tour the band made a big deal out of playing every song on the album atleast once, which is why I Am was only played once and at the last concert of the tour

Hmm... I think I Am could of been better live than it was. It's a good song aswell.

I'm pretty sure it was: I Love This Town instead of Lie To Me and Last Cigarette/I'd Die For You instead of Runaway?

yup. And as I saw today on youtube, it looks like that as long as the song progressesd Jon became to have more dificulties to sing the high parts .
