I agree it’s a natural progression from
Keep the Faith as I see both those albums as part of a coming-of-age era for the band. I actually tend to consider
These Days as more of a sequel to “Dry County” specifically, diving further into the themes expressed in that one song and exploring avenues beyond both lyrically and tonally.
