Think they could do THIS?

Now, here's what I was thinking:

If the band really wanted to have some fun with this album (and they bloody well should mind you) they could take stuff like Only Lonely, Hardest Part Is The Night or Burning For Love and whip them up into something new and great. Lyrically it could work very well, kinda like I'd Die For You does.

do you guys think they could do it??? (yes, I appreciate laughter as well)

yeah it would take a lot of pollishing, but come on, they really don't have to do anything for this album the way it stands, they can just do as they've done for the past 20 years with acoustics if they want.

I don't even remember what Burning For Love sounds like at the moment (musta really sucked, eh?), but I remebered some of the lyrics.

hell, it wold beat another Wanted which is basically acoustic anyways

They put that stuff on an album almost 20 years ago and it didn't sell very well, so the band will never re-record these songs that they never play live anymore for years now and go " these songs suck, let's give it a new spin and put it on the acoustic album''. I don't think they look back at that album with great possitivity.

Hey, I love Burning for Love, I think it's a great song!!! And Hardest Part is a very good song too. I'd love to see them redo some of the old songs!

im looking forward to them completely giving every song a whole new overhaul, i think itll have gallons of guitar work in it.

I don't think it will work if they put it on an album, like Bonjovidudes said.
But it would be great if they would do something like that during live concerts. Halfway the show an acoustic set or some sort of medley of the golden oldies or something.

It's pointless discussing what should/shouldn't be on the album, because it's all done and dusted and we will have to make do with whatever songs they've decided on.
