That's a pretty good tracklist. I would be so excited if Hearts Breaking Even made it onto the new CD!

Does actually sound quite real, but instead of Two Story Town, i think i would put in........Misunderstood or In These Arms

Default freddie!

Great choice of songs Freddie but WAY too optimistic there. First off, dont expect anything from "fans favourite album" These Days as the band just seem to generally ignore it. Second - Dry County!!!!???? Why should the band put a new version of the best song they have ever done on TLFR, come on, that would be mad when they could put 'I Got the Girl' or 'Sleep When Dead' or the one we all want to hear 'Bad Medicine/Shout!'

Stick to singles and songs that never leave the live setlists but we all wish would.

God, I hope they make me eat the humble pie!!![img][/img]

I think we've gotta except that it'll be songs they have been playing recently & hence were very familiar with beforehand.

Accept the fact that they could possibly make a banal and standard album...no way, this is supposed to be a fun post so let a man dream...so....about 15 tracks plus the newbies humh......hmmm
all of my choosing...definitely NOT another Wanted (dammit, already lost this one) and living in sin is pretty bare as it is, but I am all for hearing it if they do it...no covers either...or solo stuff cause otherwise it would have to be at least two cds and All That Really Matters would have to be on it.
(In no order at all)
1. Damned (could be the best track on the album if done right...I gotta hear jon on an angry acoustic)
2. Something To Believe In
3. This Ain't A Love Song
4. I'd Die For You
5. Wild Is The Wind
6. Undivided
7. The Distance
8. New Tune
9. New Tune
10. Runaway
11. Hey God
12. Shot Through The Heart (yeah, off the first album )
13. Lonely At The Top
14. Ride Cowboy Ride
15. Dry County
16. Prayer (maybe....have to be a lot different though)
17. Fields Of Fire
18. Born To Be My Baby
19. Bed Of Roses (finally an official acoustic version, although the aol one is pretty damn good for me)

I also really liked the jay leno version of TYFLM, but it will never be bed of roses any of those 'little bit of soul' type songs would be great for this too. It's my life...I mean, I remeber him trying to do that acoustic once for some girl and laughing at how bad it was...I can't wait to see what they did with it! heh heh

I don't think the band will take some risk (as ever) and finally put their singles on this album (i hope their will be one or two surprises as Wild is the wind but.......)

So my setlist :

1 Sleep when i'm dead
2 Someday i'll be saturday night
3 Prayer
4 The last man standing
5 It's my life
6 Something to believe in
7 In these arms
8 Bed of roses
9 Born to be my baby
10 Undivided
11 Have a little faith (cover and First single!!!!)
12 Always
13 Thief of hearts
14 Slyvia's dream (cover)
15 Thin ain't a love song

Bonus Japan track:
16 Wild is the wind
or
I'd die for you

So, wait and see....

I forgot WDOA and Keep the faith (piano version) , so ,there's 2 wrong songs in my setlist maybe In these arms & This ain't a love song will not be alaivable on this acoustic album.

OK people, let's get real here... my guess is..

1. It's My life (confirmed)
2. Wanted dead or alive (confirmed)
3. Someday I'll be saturday Night
4. Something to Believe in
5. Born to be my Baby (confirmed)
6. The Distance
7. Blood on Blood
8. Keep the Faith (confirmed)
9. Livin on a Prayer
10. Bed of Roses
11. Heroes (Bowie Cover, not sure though)
12. Always
13. Sleep when I'm dead
14. Thief of hearts (confirmed)
15. Last Man standing (confirmed)

In any particular order, I will be satisfied with this setlist.

I don't think will get diamon ring because it is already acoustic on TD, but would be great, and remember it's a Greatest Hits album, with a new twist... so don't expect Dry County or Wild is the Wind....

What do you think?

Chino
