I think you might be right, but I reckon that they would have released an acoustic album sometime. I was thinking that they might have put some acoustic material into the box set.

I dont think they would ahve slogged their guts out over an acoustic album just so they can then release the box set. If they want to release a box set then they would I dont think a total number of sales would bother them.

I think they wanted to do soemthing different and we are about to find out what that is......... this left feels right.

I think they are only waiting until next year to release the boxset so that they can package it as a 20th Anniversary Boxset.

Should be good though, if it really is full of demo's that even the most die hard fans haven't heard (that's what Jon said anyway)

Yup - The boxset is now related to the 100million albums.... Just to drum into everyone on the planet that they have sold 100 Million!!!!

& quite right too - I get annoyed with these articles saying: sold nearl 30,000 albums

yeh it pisses me off too. they draw information from before crush etc. when the played old trafford my local newspaper reported just under 80million!

Didn't they only officially sign their contracts in early 1984 though? I don't know for sure, I just think I read it here somewhere once.
