Default Those Stupid Kids!!!!!!!!

In Australia we have a kids quiz show featuring famous people that they have to name. It's called 'Pick your Face' and I am sure they could of picked a better title. Well, today Bon Jovi were the 'Mystery Famous Band.'

In this game they have a photo of the band covered by tiles. As the questions are asked more and more tiles come off to make the game easier and the kids don't need to be so relient on the questions.

For BJ they had hints like 'Formed In New Jersay' 'Hits like Livin on a Prayer, It's My Life and Keep the Face' 'First part is Bon ...."
The stupid kids just stood there with blank expressions until one tried Bon Jovi and won the game.

In the Profile the two albums mentioned were Bounce and These Days.

how old were the kids ???
because i don't think every child know about BJ on the planet, even in Australia ... even some older persons don't know where BJ is from etc ... !

when you were a kid, if someone asked you who was singing "stranger in the night", or "put your head on my shoulder", i'm not quite sure you'd be called a stupid kid if you didn't know the answer ...

If you were to ask me questions about the chart music today I'd not be able to answer your questions....other than the very obvious things..... And that's with me technically living through this music....

you're darn right though..... whatever happened to education! I propose that every child in the world has to recieves 3 hours a week Rock education, where they learn about Bon Jovi, Deep Purple, Frank Zappa, Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, Fender Guitars, Pearl Drums, Hammond Organs, Moog synths e.t.c...... You know, the basic everyday info you need to lead a normal life

That'd be awesome! People would actually enjoy going to school!! What about field trips to concerts and get backstage passes to see what the rockers have to do before and after concert... etc, etc
Back to the topic; surely they would have heard of Livin' On A Prayer and It's My Life?!?

hey that was my idea

The thing I'm suprised about, is that they didn't know the name Bon Jovi, as a real household name.... I can understand them not knowing the songs.... or not knowing who did the songs, but everybody knows the name Bon Jovi right!

that's inclusive under the school idea......

It would be funny to have bands having to play a special 'schools night' like they do with theatre
