Does anyone know anything about this?

It's from Hot Licks, they also did a keyboard video with David (which I actually just bought). The David one took me forever to track down.

It's out of print, and so far every place I've seen that claims to sell it is out of stock or just says the page to buy the actual video doesn't exist.

Anyone know of a place I could buy it? Even something vague like a website that sells old videos, I can find out for myself if they have this particular video. I got the David one off eBay...I'd really love to find this video, if anyone can help at all.
