It's probably the least fan friendly site I've come across.
Other artists actually leaver their OWN messages for fans and don't rely on employees of the record company to give us pieces of useless information!
They need a PR makeover.

You do gotta wonder if this is really the attitude the band wants to put across. It does put off people who go to the site. I understand their frustration at constantly being asked about info they do not have from people trying to get a scoop. But they need to handle it in stride better.

If customer service lines for any company started responding to questions from clients in a condescending manner, they would lose business, not to mention the customer service rep would be getting fired if the company was run by anyone who knows how to run a business.

I would hope the band is otherwise unaware they are being represented by a person or people who regard fans as nuisances to be spoken down to, because if they were, that says alot.

That is rude and uncalled for, especially since we are the ones supporting their arses. What a bunch of wankers. The fans are the ones that make a band, and maybe they need a reality check.

Is there any one of us who works face to face with REAL people who would not get fired if we consistently spoke to our customers or clients this way? There are many times I'd like to tell a parent that she's a raving lunatic. There are times I'd like to tell a student, "I don't want to be doing this any more than you do. Now sit your ass down and pay attention," but I can't do it.

This attitude is very off-putting. I know a lot of people from other websites have been going over there to look for info on the new album. And THIS is what they find? Ugh...it's embarrassing. I see links given to BJ's news page and I hate to know that THIS is how Bon Jovi is "officially" represented.

I wonder if the band are aware of how the fans are being treated?
Maybe the band aren't telling the people at bj.bom b/c they think they are a***holes as well, and will post their own message when they themselves know more.
