I really doubt that there will be any new songs today. In the US (east coast area) the time is now almost three in the afternoon, and sure, updates may come for several hours. Still, I doubt they will put up the songs today (or tonight for my part). I don't know why but I get the feeling that since BJ management seems to be pissed off at certain fans that are screaming for information, and because of that they are not giving us any. Concerning that I must say that I agree with the BJ camp, cause really, they said information will be out when it comes out, until then, sit tight. Why is it so bloody hard for some fans not to grasp the concept of waiting and patience? I want to hear the new songs, get all the latest info and know what the band members are up to. Only difference is, compared to some impatient people, I wait for the info and don't go bashing the Q&A with requests and arguments like
'deserve' and other less than flattering messages appearing there lately.

Aaaah, needed to get this off my chest.......

Impatient fans or not, what's not right is for them to set today (yesterday they said it would be today!!) for us to listen to new songs and today ingoring that.

How can they expect people to rely on them if all they ever do is giving wrong information and wrong dates away?

Oh, I see, it's easy for them to complain about impatient fans. The trouble is, these days, information does leak so the better they release what information they have the better. You can't be surprised if prople found out before anything was officially released! Trust them and you'll find out about anything and everything days after it took place

But isn't it a bit childish of the people at BJ headquarters to react this way? Just because some fans are very impatient and annoying doesn't mean that all the fans have to be 'punished'.
Why don't they just ignore all the stoopid questions at Q&A? It would be a lot easier.

Some of us fans need info more than a month in advance if we are to take off work, school, plane fare, financial issues, etc. I don't understand who is being "undermined" either. A bunch of people calling the Borgata because they want to go there and spend money. Who exactly is that hurting?

Their right or not? BJ management have every right to do exactly what they want and please. I can completely see, and understand, why they would do such a thing. People not able to wait for information, correct information as well, but instead doing everything they can to find out information which is not theirs to know in the first place is for me not fair to the people working hard to keep the ball rolling. If you think that's justified and fair, that's your cue, I'm not judging nor bashing anyone with my opinion, just simply expressing my thought of what is right and wrong and appropriate in certain situations.

To rely on them or not is a personal matter. I have pretty much never experienced news from bonjovi.com to be wrong, and if it comes at another date than planned that's up to them. Who are we to judge what they do and demand info at given dates? They will give the news when they want to give us the news. Sure, they did say it would be available today. But if it's not, well, so what? There's always a tomorrow. And if the management is let down by fans so eager to find small pieces of information that really can't wait another day to be posted officially, in all honest, I would also be let down by such a thing. If something you've been planning as a surprise is leaked and ruined (not talking about BJ here but in general), wouldn't that dissapoint you? It would dissapoint me, no doubt...

Sure I can completely understand that people want info if they want to plan and go for the concert and so on, but that still doesn't give fans a right to go nuts over it. Wait for info, there's not much else to do. Complaining will never get the info out any earlier anyway, so what's the use?

well said. I know it's hard to wait for info but as long as it's not announced by them I don't trust it either.

Yes, of course - but they should understand people have every right to do exactly what they want and please too

I wouldn't stretch it so thin that I'd know it's going to break. Creating a little expectation is nice, an appetizer. But you have to know that at some point information is going to leak. And this time it was pretty easy - a phone call away and that's it.

Also, as someone else pointed out, I don't see what they mean by undermining things.

But anyway, I guess at the end of the day it's not such a big deal. I just hate the way they think they're gods on earth sometimes.
