3. I can't imagine anyone putting anything of the past 3 albums in the list. Then again, most of Bon Jovi's fanbase, or what's left of it, is easy to please. One Wild Night would probably make it in there, the song was pretty big in Europe.

"Because We Can" was quite popular in poland. The song gained a lot of fans after the concert in Gdansk where it performed very well and fans have a fondness for it.
Knokout and for me is a surprise. The absence of "I Believe" shocks me the most.
"One Wild Night" was on the 2019 list. Now it has not gained approval

No no no. This was a vote of the 50 most diehard Bon Jovi fans who are still active and listening to the band. The list is very similar to the one released in 2019 (88 people voted then), which may indicate that the list is quite representative of Bon Jovi fans.
If voted by people who know Bon Jovi only from the radio then "Livin" would be fighting for the victory with "IML" and "Always". "Bad Name" would be in the top spot and "Dry County" would probably fall outside the Top 20.
Therefore, the list illustrates the taste of fans who have been with the band for a long time and still actively listen to the band.
