Yes, the ticket-printing thing caused more than just a few anxious moments! Mine certainly came via the cape.

Carli, does your ticket say AEG on it for Hull. Originally, it was a different promoter for the Hull gig as it was being negogiated nearly a year before the tour started.

Humm, Madonna played Wembley ARENA as Axl 'n' Roses did, Bon Jovi had 2 sold-out concerts in Wembley STADIUM........ interesting......

These categories that BJ was nominated are based just in numbers... we only need to look to tour numbers of these artists and we'll see who will win..

(Btw, Madonna entered at Guiness book this year with her Confessions Tour as 'the most rentable tour by a female singer' and the Bigger Bang Tour by Stones is the most rentable tour of the year... so I guess BJ won't win anything)

This is probably true. I know the Stones' current tour is on its way to becoming the highest-grossing tour of ALL TIME, let alone this year.

For what it's worth, here's how their numbers compare..

Shows
Bon Jovi: 89
Madonna: 60
Stones: 117

Countries
Bon Jovi: 10
Madonna: 12
Stones: 22

Tickets sold
Bon Jovi: 2,002,000
Madonna: 1,200,000
Stones: nearly 2 million

Tour gross
Bon Jovi: $109 million
Madonna: $195 million
Stones: $256 million

Of course Madonna's and the Stones' high grosses have a lot to do with their tickets being outrageously expensive.

Wow , Madonna did a lot less shows and made almost 100 million more! Damn her tix must be expensive.

For what it's worth i'd love to see the band win a few of these awards.

Too bad it's November 9th. I'll be in NYC the 11th and 12th.....

(cue me on the big screen) JBJ: "How good have you been? Oh My God!" (laughs, more teasing) JBJ: "You want it huh, you want it huh? Blood on Blood just for you, the good girl in the front row? The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3
