Yehaaa, my beloved CRUSH. I've been a fan since ca. 1993, so I went through the long waiting for a new relase between 1996 and 2000, and after being irritated by its poppy sound I fell in love with the album... and I still am. It was a great period for being a fan. IML was everywhere, and to see the boys live again after 4 years was just magical.
So Crush is actually my 3rd favourite - not the 3rd best objectively, but personally. It sounds so fresh and creative, something the following album lacked. I'm 28 and my favourite album is "These Days" - so much for the age thing.  I'd rather not include the bonus tracks as they never belonged to the actual album for me. Anyhow, I'll try. Guess my ranking will be a bit different to what I've seen so far. 14 - One Wild Night 13- Two Story Town 12 - Mystery Train 11 - Just Older 10 - Say It Isn't So 09 - Next 100 Years 08 - It's My Life 07 - Neurotica 06 - Thank You For Loving Me 05 - Captain Crash & The Beauty Queen From Mars 04 - She's A Mystery 03 - I Got The Girl 02 - Save The World 01 - I Could Make A Living Out Of Lo-o-o-ovin' You Actually, it was hard to put them in an order (apart from the top 3) because I like the tracks quite equally. ICMALOOLY is easily the weakest though and and I'm undecided about "Save The World", I never really got into it. Otherwise each track has a place in my heart. Yes, that includes "She's A Mystery" and "I Got The Girl". "Mystery Train" is, as you can see, even my 2nd favourite. Love the album.

This is my album nr #3 from Bon Jovi albums. It has probably best (or one of the best) production from all albums that I've heard (I heard a lot differend music). It's has all what great-Rock-fresh album should have. Every song is piece of good and creative work. I love some lyrics IML/ JOlder/ 100Y/ TYFLM/ CC&BQFM/ SIISO/ MTrain/ IGTG. This album has best modern song (IML - which is my most favourite song of all time), great and powerfull ballads (STWorld/ TYFLME), great RNR stuff (IGTGirl / CC&BQFM). I also love their funny stuff (CCrash / SIISo / IGTG). It has also probably best birthday song - Just Older and one really magic song - MTrain. Mtrain is pure of magic for me. I love every word from this song and how Jon sing it. And I would almost forgot - Jons vocal in IML is best vocal sound I've ever heard and how he sing end of STW it's really impressive.
As I say they made a lot off fantastic work. Probably they made one of the greatests demos for this CD. Temptation, Neurotica or Stay could be on other albums (also on their before 2000 albums) and make their albums better. Songs from 2 - easily have 10/10 pts in my opinion (IML is more than 10/10 ) and it shows how difficult for me was ordering song in hteir places. Without this CD I probably won't be on this board and would not listen Bon Jovi. Probably I would be Queen/GNRoses/Mettalica big fan, not BJ. 14 - It's My Life - Def. Nr#1. It's my most favourite song of all time. I have many great stories with this tune. It's song of my life. 13 - Two Story Town - I really don't know WHY I love this song so much. It's nothing special but really COOL for me. I love how Jon sing in this son. It's very soft but powerfull. 12 - Mystery Train - Pure of magic. I love every single word which Jon's sing in perfect style. This is "song for dreamers" kind of song. 11 - Save The World - Jon show us how great voice he has. Chorus are brilliant but end of the song is magnifficent. I love Richie Riff an the beggining of the song - it's beautifull. 10 - OWN - great rocker. I like both version. BJ compare it to BMedicine and I think this is better song. I hear lot of passion in this song. 09 - SIISo - I love lyrics. They wrote great funny story about this world. Great production. In my opinion this could be bigger hit than it was but popularity of IML killed this song as a Single (which was Nr1 in biggest Airplay in my country). 08 - Neurotica - Great rocker. Should be on CD. 07 - Thank You For Loving Me - One of thei r best ballads. I love it more than Bed Of Roses /NSG or TAALSong).I love accoustic guitar on it, chorus and Jons vocal on all this song. When I first heard this song It's sounded too "Sweet" to me but now I love it. 06 - CC&BQFMars - It's they probably most funny song. It's very catchy and yes it's overplayed in their shows. But it's work great live so that's probably reason why they play it's so often. I can imagine how videoclip for this song can looklike -> BJ play on beache and many "crazy" people walk/jump/run near them. It could be very unrealistic and funny videoclips (people who dissapear, 05 - Just Older - I never have been big fan of this song and for me it's little overrated. I lyrics but I really like this moment when Jon is singing "When I look At Mirror..." - it's one of the best part in song which they ever done. 04 - Next 100 Years - I love lyrics. This song is nothing special but lyrics make this song that's is worth listen. Richie make some great work in solo but it's not one of his best for me. I like also Japan version of this song. 03 - IGTGirl - Good RNR song. I love yrics. 02 - SAMystery - it's easily worst song from the album but it's quite good. It's beautifull ballad which it can works with other BJ slow balalds (Joey, RSOR, Wildflower) in special album. Probably it's too slow for this energy album. 01 - ICMALOOLYou - One of their weakest demo. Why they coose this song for bonus?? I don't know. They have many better songs from Crush sessions.
