15 Any Other Day
14 Make A Memory
13 Till We're Not Strangers Anymore
12 Lonely
11 Lost Highway
10 Seat Next To You
09 One Step Closer
08 Whole Lot Of Leaving
07 Walk Like A Man
06 We've Got It Going On
05 I Love This Town
04 Everybody's Broken
03 The Last Night
02 Summertime
01 Put The Boy Back In Cowboy

With Crush, i ranked the bonus tracks last out of principle, but not here. I have no idea how Lonely was left off of the album proper. It's so f**king gorgeous. Walk Like A Man, while not a standout track, is also better than others that made the final cut of 12. Strangers is oft criticized on these boards, but i think it's absolutely beautiful. Whole Lot Of Leaving Going On is ranked quite high by many, though not all, and while i don't hate it, i've never felt a true attachment to it, and musically, it's not all that interesting to my ears. I also question what was going through JBJ's mind when Summertime was chosen to be on the record...

I dig the Queen part too. Don't see why they're sth here they are not. It sounds a bit like an updated version of "Good Guys Don't Always Wear White" to me, and that might also sound like sth "they are not". But I would disagree in both cases.
This song splits us pretty much down the middle. And I see your point with bonus tracks as well...

But for arguments safe I think GGDAWW is far superior musically and lyrically. Like I said, Boy/Cowboy is pretty good musically, but I just prefer Good Guys.

Lyrically, Good Guys has " I don't know what you've been told. Can't buy guts with a pot of gold. A rich man's poor if he got no soul." ...not their best, but good. And Boy/Cowboy has, "I was a slicker from the city. When I met that little filly." This would be cheesy even for a Toby Keith song.

But to each their own

Count me in with those who don't think the bonus tracks should be listed, but it's Savvi's poll, so it's his call, I'm just going to ignore them though.

15. Any Other Day
14. Whole Lot of Leavin'
13. (You Want To) Make A Memory
12. Lost Highway
11. The Last Night
10. Everybody's Broken
9. Summertime

4. We Got It Going On

1. I Love this Town
0. One Step Closer
0. Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore
0. Seat Next To You

First off, as I and a lot of others since 2007, this album wouldn't get NEARLY the crap it does if it wasn't marketed as a "country" album, since it mostly sounds like (for better or worse) 21st Century Bon Jovi. The top 3 tracks I listed are all great IMO. AOD and WLOL are good lyically, musically, and production-wise, and MaM is quite different for a Jovi ballad. LH, TLN, and EB are all pretty enjoyable to me. Not great in the annals of the Bon Jovi songbook, but I like them. The bridge in LH is one of my favorites as well. Summertime is a mindless pop song, but I like the hook. I'm not a fan of the recorded version of WGIGO, but I've developed a bit of a soft spot for the live version. ILTT is bad to begin with, and has lost whatever charm it had from how overplayed it is. One Step Closer, Seat Next To You, and Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore are one worse than the next.

I usually end up ranking the bonus tracks lower because I don't get to listen to them as much as the album tracks (the exception being Walk Like a Man). Maybe Cowboy would grow on me.

I Love this Town is my #5 all time Jovi song. Everyone has their song that everyone hates but they love. Mine is I Love this Town.

If majority of people don't want to include the bonus tracks, we can take them out of the future rounds. Majority rules... just let me know

Whole Lot of Leaving not even worth a point?

The reason I dont like TWASA is because since and including Crush the band havent wrote a decent ballad with only MAM coming close but even thats not in the standard of Jovi ballads.

When a rock band starts using words like "making love" I cant bear it. Its horrible. Then they added a womans voice to the song which makes it worse.

15. Any Other Day
14. We Got It Goin' On
13. (You Wanna) Make A Memory
12. Lonely
11. Whole Lot Of Leavin'
10. Summertime
09. Put The Boy Back In Cowboy
08. Lost Highway
07. Walk Like A Man
06. Everybody's Broken
05. Till We Ain’t Strangers Anymore
04. Seat Next To You
03. The Last Night
00. One Step Closer
00. I Love This Town

It’s one of my least favourite albums, that’s for sure, but still it has some solid points. There are really few BJ songs I don’t like at all, but you can find 2 songs of my 5 worst BJ songs on it. That says it all. Surprisingly though, it also includes one of my favourite songs of the last decade - AOD. On the side note, although I am also against including bonus tracks into these polls, I just love Lonely and I think it should have been included on the album. I think this song has a soul, every time I hear it, something magical is in the air. I can’t explain it, but the simplicity of this song is its biggest advantage for me and I absolutely love the solo.

Lyrically, the difference might be that they are serious with" Good Guys" (I think), while in "Cowboy" they just play with the clichee. Which also reflects in thze music. It's a fun song to begin with. I like 'em both, but agree that "Good Guys" is superior.
