JOVITALK TRACK RANKINGS 2012 RESULTS
SLIPPERY WHEN WET
Well another big round of voting with 40 people participating again. It was a mighty battle for first place, with the lead changing constantly throughout the voting period. We voted Slippery When Wet as the 4th best Bon Jovi album, and now here's how we voted on its tracks.

#10. Social Disease
[59 Points]
It never stood a chance really. With the exception of just one person, everyone ranked Social Disease in their bottom 3. In fact nearly 70% of us rank it as the worst song on the album. It now stands in second place as the least loved track on an album at 14.8%. The only song to score worse was She's A Mystery from Crush which is just 0.1% behind on 14.7%.

#9. Without Love
[116 Points]
Still way behind the rest of the pack but well ahead of 10th, Without Love comes in at 9th. It did manage to score a few higher votes of 8 and 7, but unfortunately its main score was a 3. The consensus was that Without Love and Social Disease should have been replaced by Edge of a Broken Heart and Borderline.

#8. Let It Rock
[167 Points]
In 8th place is Let It Rock which also finishes well ahead of the bottom songs but far behind the rest of the album. It's interesting to note that although the track received a single vote of 0, it did not receive any 1 voters - meaning only 1 person ranks Let it Rock as the worst track on the album. Let It Rock now becomes the lowest ranked opening track on the albums ranked so far (Undivded #1, It's My Life #1, Runaway #1, In & Out of Love #4, Lost Highway #4, Let It Rock #8.)

#7. Wild In the Streets
[202 Points]
Despite finishing far ahead of the bottom 3 tracks, some may be surprised by how low Wild In The Streets finishes. Overall, its main score received was a mere 4. It did however score a fair few high scores including the top vote of 10. It falls two places since 2008 where it finished in 5th place.

#6. Raise Your Hands
[218 Points]
Rounding out the bottom half in 6th place is Raise Your Hands. The song was often used as an opener during the second half of The Circle/Open Air tour - a good thing considering a few people said the song works very well live. It finishes one place higher than what it did in 2008. It's average score was a 5.

#5. Never Say Goodbye
[226 Points]
The first major Jovi ballad swoons in at position #5. Never Say Goodbye finishes in the middle of the pack with an average score of 6. Some may have expected it to finish in the top 4 but it falls just short despite moving up one place from its 6th place finish in 2008.

#4. I'd Die For You
[234 Points]
In at #4 is I'd Die For You. It seems the fans of the track will take this as a win considering there were a fair few 'lesser fans' of the song. In fact I'd Die For You recieved more lower scores than NSG, RYH and WITS with six 2s. The reason it finished so high? It received the 3rd most top scores of 10 on the album. I'd Die For You had the most even spread of votes with a nearly equal amount of 10s, 7s and 2s.

#3. You Give Love a Bad Name
[272 Points]
Rolling in to take out bronze is the band's first ever #1 song in the States - You Give Love a Bad Name. With the exception of a vote of 1, the song received nothing lower than a 4. It's most recieved score was an impressive 8. The song did recieve a fair bit of critism though, mainly directed at its loss of flare when performed live.

#2. Livin' on a Prayer
[342 Points]
What!? Prayer didn't win!? Shock horror! It has been debated endless times on the board as to which song is better between Prayer or Wanted. Several people always claim Wanted is better, but when it comes down to it Prayer always wins the polls and competitions (including the 2008 version of track rankings). However, Prayer finally comes in second best this time around. Exactly 90% of us rank the song in the top 4 songs on the album, with 35% of us ranking as #1. Despite a vote of 4 and 2, the song received nothing lower than a 6.

#1. Wanted Dead or Alive
[345 Points]
SO CLOSE! It was a nail biter all the way til the end but Wanted beats Prayer by just 3 points. It is quite bizarre at how similar the voting was for the top 2 songs. Out of 40 votes, only 3 of them differ (check the tally below). Other than those 3 votes, both songs scored exactly the same. The song finished with a percentage of 86.3 which puts it in equal third place with Any Other Dayas the stand out track on an album. The only songs ahead are Make a Memory on 86.5% and Undivded on 93.2%
