Default U2 wins big time!!

By now, (or actually since 2000), U2 is MUCH, MUCH BETTER than BJ. Think about the man's voice- it's still awesome and strong! Think about their performance, which is much more original and outstanding! Think about their songs, which really have something to say, like 'sometimes you can't make it on your own'. Their setlists are more variated (not that much variated, but more; BJ's setlists on a tour are always the same). The only new things on BJ's setlists are (sometimes) 'always', 'the radio....' and 2 or 3 songs of the new album. For the rest, it's the "so much performed songs, which made them die" like 'Livin', 'You give love..', 'bad medicine', 'keep the faith'... Anyway, you know them, ha, ha!!

I still prefer BJ cause I`ve seen U2 live this year and for my taste as good as it was it wasn`t as good as BJ and I don`t like all U2 songs and Crush is not as bad as Pop!

the question itself is silly, but asking it on a bon jovi board - what is the point?

These days, U2 all the way. Can't think of one criteria for me to like a band that Bon Jovi would win over U2 in my book.

That link re: U2 was posted by a fellow aussie...perhaps the poll would have read better asking..."Who is more popular in Australia...U2 or Bon Jovi?"..not that it would have made any more sense on a BJ board.
