Here in Liverpool Ive seen a few competitions, one on Radio City Liverpool, and one in the Liverpool Echo. It looks like they are generaly going to be given away through local press competitions.

I work in a cinema in Liverpool unfortunately its not the UCI, but UGC so ive been trying to ask people who know people to try and get me some tix... they're looking pretty scarce at the moment.
