It's a show watched by housewives and no-one else. Not exactly like when they used to play TFI Friday...

What shows would you suggest that they appear on then? As long as it gets them some promotion, who cares what the show is? We're all going to watch them anyway, and it's better to be ones that reach a wide audience, surely?

Somehow, I doubt that the housewives that watch This Morning are the types that rush out and buy / download singles. Which is what the appearance is for; to plug the new Single and eventually the tour, which brings me to another point about having to stand next to 30,000 middle aged women that saw Jon Bon Jovi on This Morning.

You never know who is watching. Making the assumption that all who watch This morning are housewives is no different to how people assume all of Bon Jovi's fanbase are just the same.

This Morninghmm.

  • Beauty expert - Nadine Baggott
  • Design expert - Andrea Maflin

  • Resident vet - Scott Miller
  • Royal correspondents - Dickie Arbiter and James Whitaker
  • Showbiz and TV reporter - Paul Ross

  • Travel expert - Steve Wilson
hmm.

Pretty clear cut to me. No assumptions needed, I know exactly who the show is aimed at regardless of what you say about Jovi fans (the majority of whom are now 30 years+ women if your average concert crowd is any indication ) and I suspect you do too.

True but the student demographic is far more fickle with its viewing habits as opposed to the housewife who will watch the same thing every day, every week, every year.

Plus BBC is far more attractive to students with its morning selection ;]

Actually, I'm 15 and I watch This Morning when I'm off ill (or off pretending I'm ill).

However, it would be shit without Ferne and Phillip.

People moan when the band don't promote enough, then they moan when they promote at all. Craaazy.
