May I ask what software you use to download youtube videos? I've been having all sorts of trouble trying to get mp3/flac files off youtube.

4K Video Downloader. You got all from audio to video in there and it works with entire playlists, if needed.
Don't try to get flac files off YT, that's a waste of time (and space on your harddrive). Youtube applies it's own compression to the videos uploaded before releasing them and you never end up with a lossless audio file. The best you can go for is 320kbit/s on some HD videos
