Agreed, a lot of these samples and clips are sped up in different keys, it may be because they are old cassettes. Remember when the version of Backdoor to Heaven everyone had was in a completely different key until the NJ re-release came out?

It'd be interesting to restore these to how the band recorded them but I don't think they're ever coming out completely

Yeah, but I don't think that was the case. If these were really David Bryan's tapes, he probably had them in the correct speed/pitch.
Those ananlog cassettes usually vary between Type I and II (printed on them) and with high-quality tape decks, you can switch between these settings in order to have them play in the correct speed/pitch.
Here probably a cheap cassette player was used and the sound from it recorded with a mobile phone. If a proper digitalization was done with the right equipment/knowledge, these cound actually sound like proper studio recordings.

Songs that I posted were meant to be leaked like that in "bad quality": SONY cassette player and iPhoneXs, however videos were deleted from the phone already.
