Okay. Maybe my math is off but this is what I got. The majority of the tracks:

10 come from 1992. 11 come from 1994, and 10 come from 1999.

hmmm. I assume the ones from 99 are crush demos, and the '94 ones are These Days demos, but what of the 92 ones? Wouldn't Keep the Faith demos be for 1991? Actually, scratch that, Starting all over again is listed as '92. Answered my own question.
