There's also a version of Only Lonely without actors that aired in South America. I've heard there was video for Hardest Part is the Night, but I've never seen it. Can anyone confirm if it exists?

Yes there is a video for it. Itīs the one from Breakout compilation. A live clip (Tokyo 28.4 1985) with shots of them playing the song in studio/backstage as well.

I have Hardest Part is the Night on a DVD called Videography. It's actually a 2 DVD set and it has 36 videos on it.
