I like Richie's voice better in pretty much any context, although I wouldn't necessarily want to replace Jon with him. Although that's more out of a sense of it would be too weird to hear a bunch of Bon Jovi songs without Jon singing than any real love for Jon's voice.

I actually like David better than both of them, although he's definitely not suited to most of the BJ songs.
