To me it doesn't sound like Obie and Alec's voice is way higher. I still think it's Peter Collins's.

I'm pretty sure the voice at the start of 'Damned' is John Kalodner. It at least sounds just like him.

Always assumed the other voice at the start of 'Hey God' is the producer, peter collins, but who knows.
