We gotta keep the faith with Crush - its a great album

No bones about it, Crush was never a great Jovi album in my book, before or after Bounce. IMHO, Bounce is a much stronger release. My musical preference is music with a harder, driving edge to it, which to me, Crush didn't have much of. It is one of the least played cd's in my entire music collection, both Jovi and non Jovi.

Bounce is a good album but nowhere as great as Crush. Crush can only be compared to New Jersey, in my opinion.

I think Crush was an album that Bon Jovi just wanted to use to kind of reintroduce themselves to the world. The album gave older fans something and brought in a ton of new fans. Crush may not be considered a BJ classic, but it was still a very good album.

I have to agree. Crush just lacked edge and kick for me. Bounce is new and fresh but still has that rock-y energy.
