Default Webcast info from the film crew

I don't know if the webcast went kaplooey or not. I assume there were some problems because I flew from Atlantic City to Cincy with several fans and about 5 members of the film crew. It came up in the conversation prior to loading that they had up to 4000 hits per second and the server couldn't handle it.

We couldn't see the beginning of the show. And got cut off entirely after Joey.

So basically you created a post because you wanted to announce that you were on the same aeroplane as some of the film crew.

No, dear. Basically, I was reading complaint after complaint about everything including some that alluded to the webcast being a disappointment and thought some people might find that info interesting.

You really ought to write conspiracy theory novels.

There were two breaks during the webcast. One was while they were playing last man standing and the song after that. So I think it was because of possible bootleggers. Otherwise everything was good. That I didn't have a movie but only still pictures and breaks in the sound is because of my slow connection and has nothing to do with the webcast itself.

My post wasn't a question, it was a statement.

Everytime BJ does something online the server can't handle it. When do they learn to increase capacity?

Thanks for the info Becky - I was there but my son got a great recording so I was unaware that there were problems except for some sound problems during Joey.

I don't think it's possible to add enough capacity. But they could increase it. MSN has done massive webcasts without problems. I just think Island is too cheap with the money, so they can only buy servers enough for two users at a time...
