If This Left Feels Right counts that is bottom

If not:
1. What About Now
2. The Circle
3. Crush

I only count real studio records

This House Is Not For Sale
What About Now
Lost Highway

(though LH has MAM and AOD which are two songs I really like)

This Left Feels Right - Horrible
Lost Highway - I like the first half but hate the last half.
What About Now - A very few decent songs

A. It's okay to not like the more current releases but how can you fairly judge an albums without listening to it all the way through?

B. As a die-hard, it should be almost a given to know every song released by the band. It drives me nuts when I talk to a die-hard fan (which doesn't happen too often), bring up a song and they say 'they don't know it'!!!

I was talking to a long time Bon Jovi cover band after a show one time and they told me they didn't know anything after HAND (really just Who Says and the song HAND)... I was like WTF, you're a Bon Jovi cover band and you only know half the catalog!!!!
Hey I'm with you. At one time I was a kid who ONLY liked Bon Jovi. I had nothing but Jovi on my computer, had only Jovi CDs etc.

Around '09 when 'The Circle' came out, I started branching out. Bon Jovi were very much on the back burner and now I go through phases with bands/artists. As this has happened, I have just never been able to claw myself back with Bon Jovi's new releases. I find myself listening to 'These Days' or '7800' or live shows from '89/'95'/'03 for example.

Completely understand your point and perhaps I can't be labelled as a 'diehard' in that case. But, in terms of the music this band produced at certain times and the way I feel when listening to certain performances, they are still my favourite band.

One Wild Night and TLFR would be at the top, but it's kinda dubious whether these count.

As an album, Burning Bridges is up there, since I rarely ever listen to it all the way through.

Lost Highway is one I just don't spin much at all. Any Other Day plus bonus tracks is what that one is to me, basically.

I'll just list studio albums.

Crush
What About Now
The Circle

I hardly ever listen to Richie's solo stuff. The live album is complete garbage so I don't listen to that either.

I get you. My mate is a huge manic st preachers fan...until the 4th album and hasn't bought or heard anything after as he hated the 4th album. The few songs he has heard on radio , tv etc he hates and says for him the band stop at the first 3 albums.
He loves those first three so much that nothing else they do comes close.

I'm same but not on the same level. I love every album from debut to these days, possibly crush. Everything after has been a bit disappointing. Yeah there are about 4 or 5 songs on those albums I love but so many I never listen to and can do without.

Was thinking the other night I was watching Good guys don't always wear white vid and thinking I'd love them to have wrote songs like this as it's such a great song.

Since I got them all on vinyl it really highlights how patchy every album has been since after Crush - harder to skip tracks on vinyl so you listen to songs you don't really like - and there's quite a few!!

aside from TLFR, the albums I listen to the least would be

1. Bon Jovi
2. 7800 Degrees Fahrenheit
3. SWW (I hear half the damn album on the radio everyday at work, so I don't need to listen to the albums when I get home lol)
