If solo don't count, I'd say Faith.

But that's because I usually play A LOT of songs from the albums when they get released. Pretty sure that the actual ranking is something like:

Faith is probably tied with 7800 for me. But as 7800 is informed by everyone I chose that one

These Days
7800
Keep The Faith

EDIT: I love 7800. It's quite dark but the harder sound really fits and Jon's vocals are brilliant. I don't know...there's a charm about that album that is on 'Bon Jovi' too but I think as far as good songs, 7800 has more of them (despite the wonderful 'Breakout' being one of my most listened to songs ever).
