What "classic" Bon Jovi songs should now be sung acoustically? Or should Jon keep?

I know it's not very popular, but I really enjoy watching those HAND-era performances of Blaze of Glory. They have a very different feel, which I actually dig.

He should definetly stick to playing LOAP acousticly, it actually sounds not that far from Prayer 94 in my opionion, besides Richie's voice is very missing. for example here:

On the other hand, he should stop doing Who Says because I think it's empasizing the decrease in his voice and it's thickness because the song is only 10 years old, like here:

After hearing "Who Says you can't go home" from Jon's appearance at the Clinton Foundation Global citizen award, I prefer the non acoustic.

No matter how bad Jon sounds, you just can't ditch full band Prayer. Ever.

I think they need to have the little acoustic mini set like they did on The Circle tour when Something For The Pain made a comeback. 2 or 3 songs like that, could slip a few of the harder to sing songs in, or give something a fresh performance- Born To Be My Baby and I'd Die For You have had great acoustic performances and the main show wouldn't suffer them not being in the setlist like losing a Prayer/Bad Name would.

These Days, Blood On Blood & Wild Is The Wind wouldn't lose much from being semi-acoustic compared to the original.

The premise that acoustic implies easier vocals is clearly false.

For example take queen of new orleans and the fire inside.

I'm not really for this. It seems too obligatory at this point and would prefer something more innovative, set-wise.

Acoustic Blood On Blood doesn't appeal to me. It needs that epic-ness in it. When performing the acoustic-opening version, you're waiting for the full band to hit. It would leave a sense of dis-satisfaction if that point never came.

I quite like the version from the AOL TLFR-sessions (that was included along the album's special edition).

I agree with this. Half of the dwindling audience are only there for such songs.

From a promotional standpoint, the band retiring the album version of LOAP would be a bad move.

Problem is, JBJ is murdering it.

If they could do anything remotely close to die for you acoustic 1996 it'd be amazing.

Bon Jovi - I'd Die For You acoustic (Yokohama 1996) - YouTube
They (Jon & the guys) most probably could, I'd even bet money on that one. Just Richie's harmonies would be missing, and strongly so
