Default What do U expect from BJ´s NEXT album?

What do u expect from the next album? Similar to Crush, Bounce? Rockier or Poper? New style or similar sounds? A lud rock album or a pop one?

Share your opinions folks.

I expect that it will be some new KTF, but in different way...
From the AMAs and Have A Nice Day I expect it to be more rockier but i would be disapointed if thera arent ballads (but good ones)

I dont have any expectations. They put out whatever garbage they choose to. So far hearing that they cooked it up quickly sure aint a good omen.

I wouldn't be too worried that the next album is put together quickly, consider the fact that "New Jersey" was a very fast-recorded album and also Keep The Faith.

Yes and it may also mean that the songs won't be over produced and littered with too many effects like some of the Bounce songs were. I just hope that they have had time to write good songs for the new album. I also want it to be more of a rock album like NJ and KTF was.

I expect edge. I expect soul. I expect to see the artists within letting it out, not second guessing themselves and ruining otherwise great songs with cliche "hooks."

I expect a well rounded album. There is nothing wrong with the balance of rockers/mid tempo/ballads on Crush and Bounce. There is a problem with the actual quality that throws the balance off, making the ballads something to tolerate (or skip) rather than adding to the whole of the album. The ballads were mostly just plain outright boring. Contrast the Box Set....which has an abundance of ballads..but the actual quality of them avoids detracting from the overall Box Set....they keep the overall quality high. I'm really not interested in an album that is one rocker after another. I'm interested in variety. When you have that variety...the songs actually complement each other. You appreciate a rocker that much more after listening to a ballad..and you appreciate a ballad that much more after a rocker. The mid tempo numbers fill out the gap in between..so together...it makes for an interesting and engaging ride.
