I happen to think that my English is a lot better than your Dutch, so unless you can speak my language as well as I can speak yours you have no right to speak. Especially not considering how Dutch is supposed to be spelled with a capital d and you are misusing the word cant, peradventure you meant can't? Cant stands for, as the dictionary defines it, insincere, and by no means I am insincere.
