All boards are like that. Even this one. hehe We had a run for the longest time when people would say, "I made it to 1000!!" etc. It is just that others got tired of it and jumped down their throats. Then the FAG section was born.

There are some very nice people there, but the mods are way too strict. You can't even ask about something harmless like Jon's relationship with Diane Lane, because they delete it.

Sounds like practically every message board I've ever used. LOL The "official" ones are particularly strict. The wanna-be official ones can be just as bad.
