Default What does this date on japanese OBIs mean?

Hi,
I was scanning some covers and something isn't clear to me.

I'd like to know what does this date, the third one on the attached picture (03-3-10) mean. (the dates on the OBI are the same as these scanned)
At first I though it was the release date of the re-release, as the first date is the release date (02-9-11 - September 11th 2002) But this CD was bought on the release day.
On most CDs the first 2 dates are the same and the third (the one in question) is different, higher, while on some all three are different, like Burning For Love, for example. It has these dates 93-5-26 (84-12-5) YXz 95-5-25. I though the first one is the date of the first edition of this single on CD, the second one the first edition of the single on any format (probably vinyl) and the third one the date of the rerelease (I bought it in 1997). But that dates are all on the OBI, the cover itself only has the third date.
(I have at least 5 CDs bought on the release day and all of them have dates in the 'future')
So back on topic, does anyone know what the dates really mean?
