I was ten the first time I heard Runaway on the radio, riding in the car with my parents. It wasnt until Living on a Prayer that really got into the band. It makes me feel a little old when I read the posts about being 11 or 12 when Crush came out, but good music is good music no matter how old.

I used to hear Runaway on the radio alot when I was little, but never knew who it was, but knew I liked it. Then, when I was 12, Slippery When Wet came out. I remember seeing the video for Bad Name for the first time. I just stood in the middle of my living room watching it without even moving. The rest, as they say, is history.

Summer of 1994,i was 8.Me and my sister are watching Festivalbar(a tv summer music program here in Italy)and there they go...Always.I remember that Jon was wonderful,he was wearing a leather black jacket with a red rose on the buttonhole. While we was singing (in playback) he walked along the stage and threw the rose to someone in the crowd. After that night me and my sister couldn't stop listening to that song,i learnt it by heart(my first english song!)but then i've forgotten about him(because,at that time, for me it was only him!).
Some years later,in 1999,i found somewhere "Crossroad the videos".I remember that the first time i saw "Bed of roses" i cried. So i went to buy all THEIR cassetes and fell in love! And now...here still I am...NOW AND FOREVER.

When I was about 5 or 6 my older sister was into bon jovi and used to play prayer (and europe's final countdown) at full volume when she was babysitting and drive me insane! I got into them myself when a friend played me in these arm when I was about 13. Loved them ever since, although my sisters not a fan anymore!

(Well this wasn't posted the first time....)

I was looking for songs to burn onto a cd and I was looking through my computer's music library and saw Livin' On a Prayer on it and decided to listen to it. I just remember thinking "This song is awesome" and started looking for other songs by Bon Jovi and my obsession began.

Well alright, alright
'Cause this time you know I ain't afraid to fight
For you I ain't afraid to die
As long as you are by my side it will be alright
When all faith is gone, I will pray for you
Just keep holding on, I'll be there for you

summer of 2000. would have been 11. Top 10 Countdown on VH1. one day i was just flippin through the channels and stopped at that show. Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down was on and i liked that song so i left it there. pretty soon It's My Life came on and i liked it a lot. bought crush, then got crossroads and got hooked. That Storytellers show on VH1 was on later in the summer and that pretty much sealed the deal

It was in the summer/fall of 2000, and I was playing video games with a friend at his house. The radio was on, and It's My Life came on. I wasn't really into music then, but I really liked the song so I ended up getting Crush. I've been hooked ever since.

My earliest memory is seeing the Niagra falls performance of Always on Top Of The Pops in either 1994 or 95, so I must have been about 8, maybe 9, then I saw that video again on the TOTP Bon Jovi special in 2000. My second memory I think was on a TV show called "Stars In Their Eyes" (which must have been around 1995 also) and a guy came on as Jon but I cannot remember for the life of me what song he did.

It wasn't untill It's My Life in 2000 went I started buying their records.

It was around 1990, after the Eastern bloc came to fall, when I copied two tapes for my older brother. I copied them for me, too, since I couldn't stop listening to them. The tapes were 7800° Fahrenheit and SWW.
BOG then had had another huge impact on me.
I was caught, and still am.

Bon Jovi hit Germany. 15 days to go. Wohoo!
