The credit says it was written by Desmond Child; Diane Warren; Jon Bon Jovi; Richie Sambora, so I think it was a Bon Jovi song
It may have been an unfinished song from the New Jersey sessions. Rosie (released on Richie's Stranger In This Town album) was also written and demoed for New Jersey.

I didn't know that also reading on the Destination Anywhere credits (iTunes) it looks like the song called Ugly??? appears Diane Warren; Jon Bon Jovi; Richie Sambora so does it mean that this song was from These Days Album?

I often an album called EdTV where there was a song called Real Life. I Love the song so much but still I am wondering for which album it belongs, because it says 1999 and the 100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans was released 2004 so I feel confused

Real Life was for the movie EdTV. It's on the soundtrack so isn't on any Bon Jovi album. A slightly different version of the song is on the box set.

The song Ugly on DA probably isn't the same one you reference above. The rumour is that Eric Bazilian actually wrote it and Jon just added his name to the writing credits but had little or no creative input. Bazilian confirmed that as far as I know.

It's true. Jon also confirmed that it was the first time he took a track with finished music and wrote the lyrics to it.
