I was there too. Outstanding. It was the last show of the leg (and the last show of the tour if I remember correctly). People were already leaving after the last encore, yet the band walked back onto the stage to play an acoustic rendition of Die4U.

The venue (the Olympic stadium) was far from sold out, though.

I never thought there was one until I visited the Bon Jovi Archive page and saw that there was thought to have been audio of that show. That one is legendary in my mind if for no other reason than it was the first time I saw them live.

"Encore 2" (Wild In The Streets, I'd Die For You, Runaway) is listed on this page but they didn't play those songs ... I'm 99.9% sure.

Also, Bochia86, thanks for mentioning the Tampa show. I have lots of digital boots from the 1995 tour back when Seb had his site up ... hadn't sorted through the Tampa one (or a bunch of others, for that matter). Great show.

That was the first time I've seen the guys live, and it was broadcast by radio station NDR2, hence the soundboard audio available.

I just say: "Everybody that's listening on the radio, turn it up and annoy aaaall the neighbours out there, 'cause these people are having a good time" (Jon before Rockin' All Over The World)

The full Glasgow show is on Youtube

Poor quality (although it gets slightly better after a while)

Wanted is especially good with the audience breaking into "Happy Birthday" to Richie.

Jon's vocals on Bed of Roses impressive.

Also - check out the help Tico is given for the drum into of Lay Your Hands On Me!!

I found it a bit strange that Jon stays on the stage during Stranger in this Town and plays some pointless rhythm guitar. Should have gone for a piss and a bourbon.

I watched the Yokohama 5/9/96 show today. I liked it a lot, and a lot more than the Wembley show for sure. I especially liked that acoustic set.

I'm planning to find the Bremen 95 show next, I'm interested because of that soundboard recording, sounds like the audio quality should be good.

Thanks again for the suggestions everyone.

So many great shows, Dublin 96 is a personal favorite of mine, but the audio is pretty bad:

But, that setlist. Wow.

Jon's voice is so fluid and he goes for almost every big moment, and then some. This performance of "Something to Believe" is the closest I've ever seen Jon get to recreating the studio magic on that final "something to believe in."
