Spent parts of this weekend listening to this bootleg. Truly awesome. It's easy to forget JBJ really going for it vocally (TAALS, especially). Man, that's awesome stuff.

Tampa and both shows from Jones Beach are incredibly amazing. Never found anything like that.

Is there a better quality recording than this?

Not until someone goes back and remasters the original master file.

Thanks. I think there are MUCH higher quality recordings from the 1995 tour. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Do you have the version that Dave shared? His is the best version around (of that show) if you ask me. His comments:

Anyway for years I have listened to my own private boot-mix and think it is my favorite 95 show by far. I recently saw an incomplete cassette copy of the boot cds being shared here and thought I had better finally let my personal baby go
I broke out the original DAT and gave it a quick mastering - heck according to my notes I did a lot less this time than back in '95 - less is more
I hope you all enjoy this as much as I have.

Yep, I do have that one and I really love it! But I think that we, with the experience and technical possibilities we have nowadays, could make this sound even better if we'd start from scratch with it again.

Agreed Dominik but we would have to have access to the original master file. Hey Dave - are you out there?

Yup if you are on it, please do the same for the 2001 Grand Rapids show.
