So what is your opinion on ripping from You Tube? Or Just listening to official songs on YouTube? Or just listening to any song on a streamline site?
Is it illegal to hook up my laptop to my home stereo and listen to official Bon Jovi songs that are streamlined? I could literally rip the entire Circle Album from You Tube and listen to it. Or I can just listen to it directly from You Tube. So does it become illegal when you listen to it? rip it onto my pc? burn it onto a CD?
What if I rip the song from you Tube and burn it onto a CD so I could listen to it in my car? Is listening to the song on my laptop legal? but in my car illegal?
My point is, where do you draw the line?
If all this stuff is so illegal, how/why is all this stuff still on YouTube? The Circle has been there weeks before the official release and still there. You don't think BJHQ knows it's there? I'm sure Obie knows everything that's out there. That's even why he excluded certain songs from the Box Set.

Just because something is "out there somewhere" doesn't change anything for me.
If it is an official release, I buy it. I know, I'm old fashioned. (More likely just old.) I also work for a law firm that does a substantial amount of work defending intellectual property. My point of view may be a little bit different.
