Sources say it was released in 2000, but I'm not the most knowledgeable Bon Jovi fan in the world AND the universe, so what do I know...

It was barely performed live in 2001 anymore and if you're talking about the Pro Shot video from Toronto, that was in 2000

"Open All Night" (from Bounce) was I think the last genuinely decent ballad they've done. Took many years for me to realise it though. Back in 2002 I kind of dismissed it but when I revisited it in recent years, I've thought of it as a really honest ballad that wasn't just put on there for cliche's sake (e.g. "All About Lovin' You). It's a far cry from "Always" or any of the other 80's/90's ballads though.

Honourable mentions to;

Thank You for Loving Me
These Open Arms
Maybe Someday
I Will Drive You Home

I like the song too, but I think there is some punch missing in it. Some high notes for instance.

Part of why the songs post-2000 suffer a bit is because of Jon's vocals I think. Imagine if he did a key change at the end of I'm with you for example. That'd be epic !

Livin' In Sin

From Bed Of Roses on, every ballad's been too soft & cheesy for my taste...
