While I don't like Shanks' original wall of sound style, some late efforts which are over the top modernized/electronic, sound nice. So I like BAT, Walls and somehow WWYDF fits well into this vein as well.
It should be rather hard to perform in a live setting, but this sort of almost electro-rock could be quite cool and doable as a fresh initiative. BAT was nice live, but it became a straight forward rock song. Which is also a way to go, have some heavy electronic production in the album, turn it to hard rock in concerts so that it fits with the rest of the catalog.
+ slow songs like "I will drive you home" fit well in this soundscape as well. So I suppose that 's the best I can expect.. And tourwise just a few decent shows. And come to Europe.
