I've gone with Living In Sin, but could easily be Always, Bed Of Roses or IBTFY on another day.
Love all 4 live, but especially Living In Sin with the Chapel Of Love ending.

What a great expression I guess I have to go with Always but there are a pile of not so over the top songs that I also love. This Ain't a Love Song just comes in as #2.

I went with Always but could have easily voted for I'll Be There for You or This Ain't a Love Song.

Tough one. Love Song is just spectacular, but Living In Sin is epic (or was) live, and Jon's vocals are killer on it, so I'm going with that.

I voted for I'll Be There For You, but Always is a very close second. And Living in Sin I've always loved and wish I could see live someday.

Your choice for songs in both polls is really weird. That's more of a case in this one, where you actually could've put 2 more songs but chose not to, leaving out ballads like Dry County, Letting You Go, Wild Is The Wind, Miss 4th Of July, I Want You and a few others.

My vote went for Always and I'm glad it's on top. I'm surprised by Bed Of Roses doing so poorly, but I'm glad as well, because I always felt it was overrated and inferior to most of the other ones on this list.

I voted I'll Be There For You, but Always is a close second. But I could vote any of the options, really, I love them all. Just think Livin' in Sin and Bed of Roses are a bit overrated, but not that much.

IBTFY is their best ballad.
BOR comes a close second.

BOR is possibly their best song. But in some ways, Always is better... it's their most epic ballad and had the lyrics been at the caliber of BOR, then that might be their best song.

Lyrically, BOR is their best song... close second being These Days or possibly Letting You Go.

But my vote goes to BOR.

Maybe it's just me, but I would not call Dry County a ballad. It may start slow but the rest is far from a ballad. Also the lyrics is not really ballad material.
