Nah, I think he payed half a million for the 58' Flying V he used during Bounce. And as far as I remembered, he plays a very worn and torn looking Strat in the Hey God clip. Must have cost a fortune too

Worn guitars look the dog's danglies!

....and yes, the Black Paisley strat is very nice guitar - and it certainly didn't cost me anywhere near a quarter of a mill!

What about his 59 Sunburst Les Pauls?

His wife bought him a '58 Strat, as new, with the tags. Not fair.

Oh, on feeling devilish - I feel modest for once (I always seem to come across as lavish and rich...I'm not lavish ) - I just one of my top £60 bottles of wine, not a £200 suit!

I remember seeing in a mag, that he sold his 58 V for charity with christye's
those new battered strat are probably a brand new custom job.., he wouldn't fit a floyd rose on an original 57-58 strat.

Hey scoual,

Yeah, there are only 200 of them in existence (apart from a few cheapo chinese copies) and it was released as a 50th Anniversary model in 1996. Di Marzio humbucker at the bridge with two Richie Sambora Specials in the middle and neck position (not Texas Specials like on the US models). It also features a Floyd Rose tremolo but this doesn't seem as good a quality as on my USA Sambora Fender. It is still very stable though.

Only bad thing about the guitar - no mid-boost but given the overall craftsmanship of the axe, particularly a Japanese model, you can certainly look past that niggling detail.

Get it insured fast!

He hey! That's a rude question! Ofcause we care. All us guitarplayers care. And you as a listener should care
Talkin' bout the Blaze guitar. It looks a lot like the SRV (Steve Ray Vaughan) guitar from Fender, doesn't it?
